　　现任对外经济贸易大学国际经济贸易学院教授、博士生导师、教授委员会委员，国家社科基金重大项目首席专家。入选国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才和霍英东青年教师奖。担任国家（北京）对外开放研究院研究员，中国工业经济学会理事，JCR经济学一区SSCI期刊Transport Policy编委，交通运输国际研讨会大会主席，IEIS和LISS国际会议学术指导委员会成员，京津冀协同发展研究基地学术委员会委员、研究员，北京市第二批党外代表人士项目挂职百名党外专家，国家自科基金、国家社科基金和教育部社科项目通讯评审专家等学术兼职。担任北京市朝阳区青年联合会委员，九三学社北京市委经济委员会委员，对外经济贸易大学留学归国人员联谊会秘书长，苏州众捷汽车零部件有限公司独立董事，北京奥得赛化学股份有限公司独立董事等社会兼职。多次接受央视英语频道（CGTN）、《人民日报》、英国广播公司（BBC）等国内外主流媒体的采访。

　　本科毕业于浙江大学数学系，博士毕业于加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学尚德商学院，师从张安民讲席教授，专业方向为运输经济学和物流管理，主要研究领域为航空运输、铁路运输和交通运输经济与政策。他已正式发表20余篇被SSCI收录的高质量期刊论文，包括4篇交通运输领域国际顶级期刊Transportation Research Part B，4篇运输经济学旗舰期刊Journal of Transport Economics and Policy和4篇Transportation Research Part A，其中一篇入选社会科学领域ESI高被引论文。

　　获得了霍英东教育基金会第十五届高等院校青年教师奖，教育部第七届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（中国人文社会科学领域最高学术奖项，每三年评选一次），北京市第十三届、第十四届和第十五届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖等省部级奖项。此外，他还先后主持了国家社科基金重大项目、国家自科基金、教育部社科基金、北京市社科基金、国家电网公司横向课题等10余个项目。
