2010年6月毕业于英国曼彻斯特大学商学院（MBS）,信息学博士,教授，博士生导师，惠园杰出青年学者。主要从事信息管理与电子商务领域相关研究。2010年8月起在对外经贸大学信息学院电子商务系工作。主持过国家自然科学基金4项，教育部课题1项，北京市课题2项，校级课题多项。在 Journal of Management Information Systems，Tourism Management, Decision Sciences, Information and Management, Group Decision and Negotiation，Information Technology and People, Computers in Human Behavior, British Journal of Educational Technology, Scientometrics, Journal of Information Science,Journal of Electronic Commerce Research,Electronic Commerce Research,Journal of Global Information Technology Management，Information Processing and Management,International Review of Research in Open and Distributed Learning等国际SSCI权威期刊，ICIS,HICSS，AMCIS，PACIS等顶级学术会议以及国内CSSCI核心等发表SSCI,SCI,EI,CSSCI等论文80余篇（近五年发表教育部国际A类期刊3篇，SSCI论文23篇），出版英文专著2部，获国家软件著作权2项。担任过Journal of Management Information Systems 等信息系统领域国际顶级期刊和ICIS,HICSS,ECIS,AMCIS,PACIS等顶级会议评审专家与专题主席等，担任Information Technology and People、 Information Technology for Development等SSCI期刊副主编和客座主编等。获得过北京市教学成果奖二等奖、北京高校第八届、第九届青年教师教学基本功比赛二等奖，北京高校青年教师社会调研成果一等奖，北京大学生创业设计竞赛优秀指导老师奖，对外经济贸易大学高层次人才特殊支持计划惠园杰出青年学者，对外经济贸易大学优秀教师、科研标兵、优秀研究生导师、优秀班主任、优秀系主任、王林生奖教金、优秀硕士论文指导教师等奖励。担任过商务部、交通部、工信部、北京市科委等特邀咨询专家，国家高端智库新华社思客特邀作者、新华社瞭望智库专家，国家自然科学基金委通讯评审专家，接受过新华社、人民日报、中国青年报、中央电视台、中央人民广播电台等媒体多次专访。
